Active Fresh Regular Basmati Chura is comprised of medium grain Basmati rice and has been scientifically tested. It is gathered from farms in North India and packaged in clean and hygienic circumstances to preserve the purity, flavour, and aroma of the grain. The Chura is extremely long and thin due to a two-stage filtration technique. It is prepared by flattening cooked Basmati rice into dry flakes. It has a unique aroma and flavour and is widely used to produce Poha and Dahi Chura, two famous breakfast delicacies in Northern India, notably in Bihar, Jharkhand, and western India. It can also be eaten raw.
